Terms of Use

Authorized access only

Access to RollCall systems is permitted only for authorized users and lawful, approved purposes. You may not access, use, copy, modify, interfere with, or attempt to gain access to any RollCall system, account, data, or service without authorization.

Intellectual property and system protection

The system contains materials that are or may be protected by United States copyright law, patent law, trade secret law, and international treaty provisions. Actual or attempted unauthorized access to, use of, or modification of computer systems may violate state, federal, and international laws.

RollCall and its related content, software, designs, logos, workflows, and documentation may not be copied, reverse engineered, decompiled, redistributed, or used to create competing or derivative products except where expressly authorized in writing or required by applicable law.

Security and responsible use

You must protect your credentials, use accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security concerns. You may not introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, disrupt service, or use automated means to access the site or systems except as expressly authorized.

Customer and organization agreements

Where RollCall is provided to an organization, the applicable subscription, customer, or other written agreement governs that organization’s use of the RollCall platform. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services as they evolve. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date.
