Terms of Use
Effective date: August 11, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public RollCall website and, where applicable, RollCall systems made available to authorized users. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized access only
Access to RollCall systems is permitted only for authorized users and lawful, approved purposes. You may not access, use, copy, modify, interfere with, or attempt to gain access to any RollCall system, account, data, or service without authorization.
Intellectual property and system protection
The system contains materials that are or may be protected by United States copyright law, patent law, trade secret law, and international treaty provisions. Actual or attempted unauthorized access to, use of, or modification of computer systems may violate state, federal, and international laws.
RollCall and its related content, software, designs, logos, workflows, and documentation may not be copied, reverse engineered, decompiled, redistributed, or used to create competing or derivative products except where expressly authorized in writing or required by applicable law.
Security and responsible use
You must protect your credentials, use accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security concerns. You may not introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, disrupt service, or use automated means to access the site or systems except as expressly authorized.
Customer and organization agreements
Where RollCall is provided to an organization, the applicable subscription, customer, or other written agreement governs that organization’s use of the RollCall platform. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services as they evolve. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date.
